Tektile is the flooring brand of PAF Systems, which in turn is owned by PED Technologies Ltd, founded in 1973 by the Staden family. PED originally designed and manufactured equipment for the local Northamptonshire footwear industry. Sales expanded rapidly for our innovative products both home and abroad and market sectors grew to include automotive, aerospace, electronics and many others. With hard work and determination we won the Queen’s Award for Exports with sales to over 40 countries. We specialised in improving processes and working environments, and large customers include Nike, Reebok, Nissan, Honda, Bentley and many other world class companies.
The PAF Systems trading name was acquired in 2001 and specialises in the design and UK manufacture of technical furniture, workstations and workcells for industry, commerce and education, and includes a specialist flooring division. We operate from a modern family-owned warehouse and manufacturing facility in Wellingborough, Northants.
